Subject: For students studying in Std. 1 to 12 under Aadhar Enabled DISE- Child Tracking System to work for 2021-1.

A database of information including D and name is to be created, under which the information of students studying in Std. 1 to 8 from the year 2016-17 and all the students studying in Std. 6 to 12 from the year 2016-17 through the Aadhaar Able Dias portal is true, accurate, error free Online entry / updation / tracking is successfully done every year from the school level for the purpose of getting real time and up-to-date information from the school level. This year, under 2071, the latest information including the names of the students studying in Std. 1 to 12 has to be prepared.

Further, the Adhaar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System (CTS) application of the newly admitted students in Std-1 from 2021-2 this year will be linked with the birth registration application. In order to make online entry of students newly admitted in Std-1 in Adhaar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System (CTS) application, a Birth Certificate must be kept. In order to enter the child online, according to the birth certificate, first the district, taluka and village in which the child was born has to be selected. Then the child's birth registration number (Regitration No) has to be entered. Or enter the child's birth certificate number (Certificate No). So that the data from the birth registration application cannot be found and corrected in such a way that the child's name, father's name, mother's name, gender, date of birth, birth registration number and birth certificate number will be automatically entered in the field of CTS. If this data is improved then the field entry of CTS can be modified and the online entry can be completed.

As per the year 2021-72, schools run by Gujarat Board (Government / Granted / Non-Granted / Ashram etc.) and affiliated with other Boards (Central / Soldier / Railway etc.) The following activities are mainly done at the school level under DIAS. like

(1) The entry of the newly admitted students in Std-1 should be done as mentioned above,

(2) The information of the students registered in the year 2020-21 should be updated for the year 2021-1.

(2) In the year 2021-3, information of Std. 1 to 12 students from other schools should be obtained and tracked in the standard in which they are studying.

(4) From Std-9 to Std-8. Students who have gone from Std-9 to Std-9 and from Std-10 to Std-11 will also have to be ensured by the school whether the child is enrolled in the same school or in another school.

(5) If a child of Std-9 and Std-10 who has gone for vocational education, ITI etc. instead of enrolling in another school from that school, the details should be shown in the Remarks column of the online update and if he has dropped out, the reason should be given.
The CMDASHBOARD portal launched by the Hon'ble Chief Minister provides information on newly enrolled students in school-wise Std-1, update information and information on how many students were tracked from one school to another through the latest Adhaar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System (CTS). The District Project Coordinator will have to get the report from the District MIS Coordinator on a daily basis. As well as understanding the importance of this work, you are asked to make necessary planning from your level as well as to give necessary instructions to the school so that this work can be started with immediate effect and completed by the end of August.

· Under Aadhaar Dias, work has to be done from school level as per the following instructions.

*. In the year 2021-22, the head teacher / principal / teacher of the school has entered the school from the login of Std-1 and from Std-9.

Information update of all students of 12 will have to be tracked. - In the year 2021-22, the head teacher / principal / teacher of the school will have to make the entry of Std. 1 in English only.

For online entry of a student for Std-1 entry, according to the birth certificate, first the child has to be selected in the district, taluka and village town. Then the birth registration of the child

Number (Regitration No) must be entered. Or

For entry of Std-1, the student has to enter the birth certificate number. So that the data from the birth registration application cannot be found and corrected in such a way that the child's name, father's name, mother's name, gender, date of birth, birth registration number and birth certificate number will be automatically entered in the field of CTS. If this data is improved then the field entry of CTS can be modified and the online entry can be completed.

In the year 2021-22, to update the students one by one from Std-1 to Std-12 or to update in bulk, the information of the students can be updated online by clicking on the link provided by the school. Displays the RED button if updating and GREEN button if not updated.

All the information of the student will come by entering the "12 digit base unique code" of the students who have been transferred from other schools of Std. 1 to 12 in the year 2021-2 and press Search, then fill in the new admission number (GR number) of the student and missing information of the student. Students will have to keep track.

It will be the responsibility of the school principal to fill in the information of all the students of the school. If a student's information is incorrect or will have to be filled and due to which online attendance on the basis of Unique ID, SARAL App, Std-5 Diagnostic Test, Periodical Assessment Test (PAT), online entry and evaluation of marks obtained subject wise as per semester If the students remain in getting it, it will be the full responsibility of the principal of that school.

The information of all the above students should be updated periodically online at school level, and at school level the information updated in hardcopy should be certified by the principal / head teacher with the signature of SMC chairperson and all the forms should be kept in record earth file at that school level.

• BRC / Block MISA Block MISA will have to continuously monitor whether all the schools in the taluka have started operations from the taluka level and the operations of entry, updation and tracking.

• The BRC / CRC Coordinators will have to verify whether the Adhar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System (CTS) is only an entry in the schools and whether the information of the students is consistently filled.

. The list of untracked students can be obtained from the login of the district / block which will have to find the untracked students of that standard and enroll them in the standard of that school, thereby reducing the dropout.

* Expenditure on Adhaar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System (CTS) will be borne under the EMIS / MIS Activities Management Budget Head available at the district level.

 The responsibility of filling online information from school level lies with the entire education district MIS. Coordinator / Block MIS Coordinator / Data Entry Operator and staff of District Operator Office.
